Lotus Biscoff Cupcakes How to create biscuit spread cakes

This second cake video to our channel is a truly scrumptious idea for cupcakes. Take our word for it, these cupcakes are delicious! We used Biscoff lotus biscuits and the Biscoff lotus crunchy biscuit spread to create these yummy cupcakes. Lotus biscuits (for those that dont know) are small carmalised biscuits, normally perfect with a hot drink! To give you a rough outline the cupcakes are a simple cake receipe with some additional biscoff spread. The buttercream is made with icings sugar (powdered sugar), butter and the biscoff biscuit spread. The cakes are finished off with a lotus biscuit on top!
