Today we are going in God's own country very own Kerala kitchen here in America. The majority if not all of the staff is from Kerala and speak Malayalam. The Indian chefs from Kerala showed us how they make Kerala specialties all involving coconut milk of course and a super delicious dish with some roasted coconut. The staff is highly experience and make you feel like you are in Kerala God's own country. I brought my friend David from David's been here along for the ride.
