'Er kennt die rechten Freudenstunden', Felix Mendelssohn - Gijs Stam - Kampen Boys Choir

Gijs Stam (12) started his musical education at the Kampen Boys Choir at the age of five. When he was eight years old he became a member of the choir and soon after that he sang his first solo. At the moment he is one of the four boys of the choir who sing often solo. Gijs loves traveling by train (he almost saw all railway stations of the Netherlands😎), reading books, singing in the choir and playing the organ and harpsichord. School: After the summer holidays he starts in Gymnasium 1.

Gijs is accompanied on the Grand Piano by his singing teacher and conductor Rintje in Wies.
