SONOFF NSPanel Custom ESPHome example. Control entire apartment + dynamic events

Walktrough of my NSPanel project and a call for help. If you just wanna see the panel skip forward a bit. First two minutes I'm just trying to explain an issue I've run into uploading new code to the NSPanel hoping for someone to have a solution.

I'm using Openhab so the solution is made with mqtt since I can't use the Home Assistant API.
