Turning 🍚into Matcha Ice Cream | 4-Ingredient No-Churn Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

75g Cooked Rice ( I used medium grain white rice)
3 tbsp + 1 tsp (40g) Sugar
200 mL (200g) Milk
250 mL (250g) Heavy Whipping Cream
3–5 tsp (10g) Matcha Powder (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a food processor, add the cooked rice and milk. Blend until smooth, sifting is optional.
2. In a large bowl, add the heavy whipping cream and sugar (For matcha ice cream, add 3-5 teaspoons of matcha powder). Whisk until the mixture thickens and resembles the texture of yogurt.
3. Add the blended rice mixture to whipped cream and stir to combine. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for at least 8 hours.
