F1: Ricciardo discusses the importance of good mental health

SNTV Producer, Neil Kingston, recently caught up with seven time F1 race winner Daniel Ricciardo to discuss the importance of good mental health, after the F1 star took part in Renault UK’s and Renault Sport Racing’s Mental Health Champions project last week.

As the world continues to battle the pressures of lockdown and social unrest, Ricciardo urged people to reach out for help or speak to someone; it is “not as daunting or overwhelming as it seems or sounds".
