As requested (sorry I forgot who requested it!) a fixie conversion on a vintage roadie.... and just as GCN release the same sort of project.

Horizontal dropouts
As close to 110mm rear dropout spacing as possible

New rear wheel (or wheelset)
New 1/8” chain
New BB & Crankset

Check the chain line matches (or as close as possible) front and rear and you’re away!

I would always stick on at least a front brake for added safety around town.
