This is one of the most viewed youtube videos recently and it's AWFUL! "123 GO!" is one of many similar channels owned by TheSoul Publishing and they pump out cringe content aimed at kids. This video in particular is very ill-adviced as it encourages and teaches school children how to get away with cheating on tests.
