NATO: 'Russia poses the most significant and direct threat to our security'

NATO General Secretary Jens Stoltenberg said "Russia poses the most significant and direct threat to our security," reading directly from the new Strategic Concept outlined by NATO for 2022.

He also outlined upgraded defence plans, with forces "pre-assigned to defend specific allies" and commented that this "is the first time since the cold war" that the alliance has had plans of this sort.
