WWE 2K25: New Celebrity DLC Confirmed, 2K26 News, Plus Updates On WWE 2K & WWE 2K Mobile!

In this latest round-up of wrestling game news we have confirmation of the first celebrity star to be featured in the WWE 2K25 DLC, along with updates on 3 upcoming WWE 2K games including WWE 2K26, WWE 2K on Nintendo Switch 2, and WWE 2K Mobile.

The confirmation of the new Celebrity DLC comes via WWE RAW, as it was announced during the show that NBA star Tyrese Haliburton is set to be included as a playable character in the upcoming Dunk & Destruction DLC which is set to release on June 25th.

While the other NBA stars have yet to be announced, Jalen Brunsen of the New York Knicks looks to be one of the favourites to be featured in the DLC, as footage shown during RAW highlighted their confrontation from Smackdown last year where Tyrese was shown wearing the same shirt as his WWE 2K25 screenshot.

Both stars are also under WWE merchandise deals that see their WWE shirts appear on WWE Shop, therefore it's likely this deal has also been extended to cover their appearance in WWE 2K25.

Alongside the DLC news, also featured in this video are updates on WWE 2K26, which has now been confirmed to be in development, and release window details for two more games, WWE 2K for Nintendo Switch 2, and WWE 2K Mobile which is releasing in partnership with Netflix Games.
