Seafood Boil Feast

Join Blove to see how the home made seafood boil from yesterdays video turned out (home made boil tips below). On the menu: Scallops, King Crab, Lobster, Corn, Eggs, and Potatoes, all dipped in Blove's Smackalicious sauce. Seafood Boil Tips:

- In a 20 QT pot add the following ingredients and bring to a boil:
(Zateran's Crab Boil, 2 lemons cut in wedges, 1 medium or large
onion chopped, 1 garlic clove, 5 cubes of Chicken Boulion, 1 tbs
of Old Bay Seasoning, and (1/2 TBS of Accent Salt and 3-4 8oz
cans of Blue Moon Beer Optional))

- Saute' Shrimp and Scallops in Garlic Butter (Shrimp 4-6 minutes
until pink in color, Scallops 3 - 5 minutes) add white wine optional

- Boil lobster 8 to 10 minutes, remove from water and place in a
bowl of ice water to stop cooking process.

- Cook Crab legs for 12-15 minutes

- Cook potatoes in the same water as Crab legs for 12-15 min
remove and put aside

- Cook Corn about 10-12 min
