Escape From New York - John Carpenter COVER (Main Theme)

I'm a huge fan of John Carpenter's movies and I believe it also have to do with the music that is always so catchy and unique!
Here is a cover of the main them from the movie 'Escape From New York' (or 'New York 1997' in Europe)

I just love the blend of synth, guitar and the overall atmosphere !

I was lucky to see John Carpenter live twice with his band, and actually met him before one of those show to have some stuff signed :)
I certainly hope that he will tour Europe again soon.
