So maybe the entries from my other lists just aren’t cheap enough and you’re still looking for something even cheaper, but still fun and somewhat fast. Well guess what? Here we are. This is probably going to be as low as I will go. By the time you're paying less than $1k, you'll be lucky to find a car that even runs and starts fine consistently.
