Spring Fishing... in NOVEMBER?

Obviously, since I can't afford to travel for fishing, until something changes financially for me, it seems I must re-learn how to fish my area in the winter. That is, if the weather was like winter at all! Here in Oregon nearing the end of November, we have spring-like conditions. So, let's fish like it's spring, right?

We start out fishing the Willamette River for some sturgeon, and then end up at Freeway Lakes to attempt some pond fishing. The results were surprising, well, at least to me.
