Farmers’ response to SHC recommendations has been largely positive, with many adopting balanced fertilizer use and improved soil management practices. This has led to a reduction in the overuse of chemical fertilizers, particularly nitrogen, and an increase in the use of organic amendments and micronutrients. As a result, input efficiency has improved, and crop yields have shown noticeable enhancement due to better soil fertility and structure. However, the level of adoption varies depending on farmers’ awareness, accessibility to resources, and extension support. Strengthening training programs, localized advisory services, and periodic soil testing can further enhance the impact of SHC on productivity and environmental sustainability.
