4.0 liter 04 Jeep Wrangler TJ Valve Cover Replacement

This video shows how to replace a valve cover gasket on a 4.0L Jeep Wrangler TJ.

Sorry guys but one part of my video was corrupted and I missed the footage that showed actually removing and installing the bolts

The key is to loosen them all but not removed until you get that VERY back bolt out.

Tools you'll need:

11MM socket for loosening the bolts

Here's a 1/4" swivel as you WILL need this to remove that bolt in the very back (closer to the driver side) Watch the video all the way through and you'll see the exact location after the valve cover is removed.

You MAY need to replace the valve cover with these for additional clearance, I've seen some people remove the baffle, that's up to you!
