CRAZY MANTIS?-BUDWING MANTIS CARE GUIDE

Hello and welcome to my pet youtube channel :)
This is the second in my series of species-specific mantis care guides! Want to know how to care for a praying mantis? Welcome to the weird world of the Budwing Mantis (Parasphendale affins). Thumbnail aside, these mantises actually make really great pets, their character, I find, is second to none. All budwings I have owned have had a serious attitude problem from subadult onwards. That said, as a nymph and up to the subadult stage, this particular mantis was a total pussycat!!! It was always so terrified of its prey that I had to resort to finding rater small mealworms as this was the only prey it would tolerate!
