Building a Traffic Light with Arduino Part1
In this video, I make an actual traffic light work, using an Arduino Nano installed inside the pedestrian crossing push button enclosure. In part,1 I work out the hardware items, including the pole, a way to make it transportable, reuse scrapped traffic light components and start the process of rewiring it for 12v.The purpose for building it is to show kids how an Arduino can be used in a fun and practical way. It will be installed at a school's tech lab, where they will be able to reprogram it as needed.
