Level: Beginner-Intermediate

Description: After a quick warm-up move through 3 cardio sections. Each section is fun, doable, and challenging. 7 cardio bursts are mixed throughout the workout to help you to bring your heart rate up, burning more calories, and making the most of your workout time. Beginners follow my modifier throughout the workout to keep movements low-impact.
