Common Reservation Requirements for Buying Pre-selling Property in the Philippines

The first step to buying a pre-selling property is to reserve your unit. To do this, you’ll need to submit the following requirements to the developer. The reqs can differ depending on the developer so don’t forget to confirm the reqs with your agent.
Reservation Requirements:
◦ 2 valid ID’s with 3 specimen signature
◦ 2 valid IDs w/ 3 specimen of representative (for OFW’s)
◦ TIN verification slip or TIN ID
◦ filled up Buyers info sheet (BIS)

Other developers may also require:
◦ Birth certificate
◦ Marriage contract (if married)
◦ Proof of income (COE or 3 months pay-slip)
