To Make Pepper Sauce
2 - Tomatoes
1 - Medium Onion
2 - Habanero or Scotch Bonnet Peppers
1 - Large Red Bell Pepper
2 - Garlic Cloves
Ginger - About two thumb sizes
1tbsp - Shrimp Powder
Chicken Seasoning - tt
Salt - tt
Cumin - tt
Thyme - tt
Add Stock from cooking Gizzards if you have any 😊
Palm oil
Vegetable oil for Sauce and for frying Gizzards and Plantains

For Garnishing
Bell Peppers
Red Onions
Spring Onions
