Coral Cove Rental ~ 1 🌺 Speed Build 🌺 Sims 4

Hi everyone! My name's Natasha and today I'm building the shell of a rental vacation lot in the Sims 4! I will upload the furnishings in the following videos.

This vacation lot is called Coral Cove and it's located in the Island Living world, Sulani. I have designed this as many small huts connected over the water, with a pastel, floral, island theme. Six sims can stay at this rental lot, and I have included many skill items to keep them busy on vacation. There is a spa/gym, twin bedroom, hot tub, wedding space, living room, dining room and 2 master bedrooms.
