Recipe
Part 1 - Mix mica, Safflower oil, melted Shea butter, and Silica Dimethyl Silylate.
12 Oz Safflower Oil
0.8 grams Mica
0.8 Oz Silica Dimethyl Silylate
1.2 Oz Shea Butter

Part 2 - Mix glycerin and polysorbate 20
2.4 Oz Glycerin
1.6 Oz Polysorbate 20

Part 3 - Pour part 2 into part 1 and mix. Then mix everything else together in a large bowl.

16 grams Optiphen (preservative for oils)
16 Oz Sugar
0.8 Oz Lavender Essential Oil (fragrance according to usage rate)
