Place your palms on your cheeks for 10 circular motions to loosen your muscles.
Move up and massage in circular motion 10 times.
Move to the side, massage in circular motions 10 times.
Place the palms of the temples, press the cheekbones on the sides. Make the mouth "O" 20 times.
Place your palms on your cheekbones. Push down and hold for 20 seconds.
Place your palms on your side cheekbones. Push in and hold for 20 seconds.
Place your palms on your cheekbones, face down. Put your hands behind your head and hold for 20 seconds.
Do the other side as well.
Step 2 Massage
--------------------
Apply nourishing cream or lotion.
Bend your face and use your knuckles to massage along the cheekbones 3 times.
Use your forefinger and middle finger to press the cheekbones outwards to the side 10 times.
Use your knuckles to press down on the side cheekbones. Drag down 10 times.
Once done, do it twice a day and do it regularly.
