Puppy found hanged burned and tortured but got rescued and became happy again- Ozzy - Takis Shelter

This is one of the worst cases we had at the shelter. Neglect is one thing and torture is another. Someone tortured the dog, he had burns all over his body they probably dragged him wih a car but we do not know for sure. Later they hanged him from a tree. The dog's back legs touched the ground slightly and he stayed like that, fighting for his life for 3 days. For 3 days neighbors heard the crying but did not know where it was coming from. The dog was rescued and then taken to the vet and the vet called Takis to ask him if he could help this homeless tortued dog. The whole ordeal had messed with his brain and the dog behaved weird, constantly walking in cyrcles. He could not even find his own food. He was scared and never wanted to leave the house. But with time and love Ozzy tranformed into one of the most energetic and loving dogs of the shelter...
The police investigated the case but there were no leads...
