Part 10: It's A Real Shame, But This Exhaust Turned Out .... Well, I'll let You Be The Judge

Concealed, yet Powerful.

This is the complete LT1 LS3 Exhaust System Installed on our 1985 BMW E24 635CSi.

All exhaust is stainless steel, and tack mig welded as such. This includes Mig Stainless Steel Wire along with a special 90% Helium gas "tri" Mix with CO2 & Argon. The tack welds are messy "looking", but last the test of time, and clean up very easy with a wire brush.

The tips in particular are tig welded and polished those dual tips back to a shine. Please watch the entire video to see how I built this from the ground up and support!!
