Galauti k Kabab: Soft Tender Flavourful Fragrant Fit for Royalty of Awadh n Lucknow Special Masala.

One of the recipes made in the palaces of Nawabs and the Royal adults is soft tender full of flavour easily breaks with a little touch. The spices used are full of fragrance like the dry rose petals, rose essence, pathar kay pool, roots of the very fragrant khas plant, unusual spices, nutmeg, mace, cardamom etc. The tenderness comes from raw papaya, creamy yoghurt, ground onions, and cashew nuts. Whoever eats these kebabs end up asking for more and eventually licking their fingers. The best part is that you can either fry or bake them. Serve with onion rings, lemon slices, mint leaves, and the fragrant rose petals.
