Creeping Around

The plaintiff says he rented a room in the defendant’s house but suspected someone was entering his room, so he installed a camera. He claims he caught the defendant on tape burgling his room, so he’s suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff was a gun-toting troublemaker, and he denies stealing anything.
