Alphabet Cake - Trending Cake 2018

This cake trending all over the internet made by Adi Klinghofer @adikosh123 from Israel is such a pretty design and its so easy I couldn't stop myself from recreating it.
She make a tart base I made a cake instead. But its such a fun idea for birthdays or anniversarys. Hope you enjoy it.

INGREDIENTS:

360 grams (2 3/4 cups) All Purpose Flour
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
150 grams (1 1/3 cup) Room temperature Unsalted Butter (if using salted omit salt)
60ml ( 1/4 cup) Vegetable Oil
200 grams (1 cup) Granulated Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Eggs
160 grams (2/3 cup) Full Fat Yogurt
80 ml (1/3 cup) Full Fat Milk

Tray size used - 13 X 11 inch
Bake at 180C for 10 minutes

Frosting

240 ml (1cup) Full fat milk
4 tbsp Custard Powder
4 tbsp Sugar

300 grams (1 1/2 cup) Whipping Cream

Garnish

Berries
Macaron
Flowers
Straws
You can use any fruit/cookie/chocolate that you wish
