Easy InstantPot BBQ Jackfruit (Vegan, Oil Free)

During the summer nothing goes on a bun quite like pulled BBQ Jackfruit! We love serving up this BBQ Jackfruit whenever we have a large group of guests over. -1 can of young green jackfruit (drained & rinsed)
-1/2 cup water (this was added due to so many having "burn" come on instantpot)

-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp smoked paprika
