Compliance News - AICLA licensed it's accredited Loss Adjusting course to the ANZIIF. Only one problem, the course's accreditation expired on February 25/2002 and no longer existed. Problem 2 the ANZIIF were never approved to deliver an accredited course on TGA ever! Problem 3 The ANZIIF delivered and assessed the same expired accredited course modules as Nationally Recognised Qualifications even when the IBSA designated the FNS51410 Diploma of Loss Adjusting and FNS51415 Diploma of Loss Adjusting to be non-equivalent Nationally Recognised Qualifications. Problem 4 The ANZIIF did it for over 5,000 AICLA documented Subject enrolments between 2010 and 2020. Problem 5 what did the ANZIIF deliver, assess and issue between 2002 and 2010, and how many were there? Of course the ANZIIF keep those records for 30 years so it can be checked.
Rose Training were prosecuted and fined $23,000.00 for 5 qualifications and in total approx 45 Units of Competency. ANZIIF have delivered, assessed and issued many more Qualifications and thousands more Modules aka Units, but expired ones! That is one big $ fine coming up from the regulator. If you missed it Commonwealth of Australia v Rose Training Australia Pty Ltd [2022] FCA 36 (1 February 2022) Big implications for Licensing in Australia.
International Security Training Academy went into Liquidation. Former ISTA training partners to share in creditors recovery.
