Hey all! This video is an experiential (not scientific) one revealing my own struggles with traditional shampoos causing knots in my hair. I then demonstrate how easy it is to cleanse your hair with clay. Clay washes get my hair clean without creating knots so I'd highly recommend them to you if shampoos pose problems.
