Can a Speedruner PRO turn ME into a Speedruner?

Trying to speedrun Factorio

Plan for the stream
1. Do any% run solo to get "baseline time"
2. Cry while looking at my time...
3. Do any% run with World Record holder (@Zaspar ) telling me what to do

I've been doing Factorio tips and tricks videos for some time, so I decided to try some speedruning. I didn't know that making Factorio tutorials is so different to a speedrun and I almost lost my mind in process. I mean speedrun wasn't that bad overall, it was just a Factorio gameplay under pressure, the real sanity drainer was editing! I can make all your factorio pains videos or Factorio trailer stuff, but this! This was too much.
