Just a brief understanding about the park and this situation that has unfolded.

Six Flags DOES NOT own Frontier City or HHOKC (White Water Bay)!
A company out of Kansas owns the parks EPR Properties is the owner. From our understanding, EPR Properties has been investing into the parks (infrastructure only). Six Flags has the rights to add or subtract rides and renaming of the properties. Six Flags cannot sell the parks like they did back in 2007. Six Flags can only sell the lease.
