DIY $15 Hula Hoop Balloon Treat Swing | Dollar Tree

I'll show you step by step how to make a balloon garland and a treat swing inside a hula hoop, it's so easy you won't believe (plus I failed twice so trust me this is the error-free method). You do not need any hardware, just simple things from everyday stores - this was my goal when making this. Items you will need:
2 x Hula Hoops
1 x medium-sized narrow gift box
Photo frame
Paper base in the colour you want (optional)
Rose gold Spray Paint
Balloons (my colour palette was blush pink, deep rose gold/orange and white)
Artificial flowers and foilage
Cable Ties
Weights (marbles, stones, sand...even fruit would work)
