UCLA COVID-19 Care Package – Managing Worries
World-renowned UCLA psychologist Michelle Craske provides an overview of five strategies that may be used to manage worrying, a universal experience due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In greater detail she explains how and why it’s important to find silver linings even in the worst situations.
