White-tailed Eagle attacks Crane

Yesterday our large female Eagle chased an adult crane in flight. He managed to grab the crane with a claw on his foot and tried to pull it down. The crane was able to free itself, but it landed in the water and was now delivered to the white-tailed eagle on its second attempt. But this attack also failed because the Karnich threw himself on his back and fended off the eagle with his legs. After the crane swam ashore, the two contracting met again. But here the eagle had to realize that he had lost his chance.
