In this video, I will talk about the events that are causing the market go down, and i will try my best to simplify everything that is happening and provide some charts to tell us where we could go in the near future.. we will especially go over how the fed crashed crypto and the proper ways on how to invest now.

The crypto market and the stock market have stared off the year very messy.. We know that inflation has been very high causing people to buy more bitcoin, but then we need to realize that bitcoin tends to follow tech stocks

So they are expecting to taper faster than expected, they are also talking about raising interested rates faster… and this is causing a lot of people to worry…..

So if they are increasing the interest rates then the idea would be that risk asserts would sell off like techs stocks… the cost of capital gets more expensive, which results in people becoming more conservative in what they are willing to invest in… and start to worry…

And they plan on increasing rates 3 times in 2022, but we don't know for a fact that they actually plan on doing that…

So whether or not we go lower or counties to go sideways for a few weeks, the trend is always going up when you zoom out…And more than likely, I am practicing what i preach, and I don’t care if crypto or a stock drops 50 percent or 80 percent as long as Im invested in the right asset…

But if you’re getting too emotional, then your’e probably over invested, so its always wise on significant bounces to consider removing a good amount of your capital from the market.

and remember that

Time in the market over timing the market wins all the time..and patience is always rewarded.

Another factor that we need to keep in mind is that, bitcoin, and the rest of the crypto market tend to move up whenever there are good catalysts in play, Bitcoin has a tendency going up when major companies announce that they have added Bitcoin to their balance sheet. Same thing will happen the other way around. For example, When tesla announced that they would no longer be accepting Bitcoin for payments in May of 2021 for environmental reasons.

But the most important thing you should do is that you know exactly what to do when a crash does come…..And one of my favorite quotes to live by is from Peter Lynch, who said “far more money has been lost bny investors preparing for corrections, or trying to anticipate corrections, than has been lost in corrections themselves”

So basically, it is far better to stay invested during a market crash or correction, than trying to time the market, which results in the selling of stocks.

So then, the best thing we can do is look at investing a long term way to get RICH, instead of trying to make a ton of money over night…

And there hasn't been anybody at all that has been able to properly time the market, and sure, they could even be right half the time, but being right half the time could be devastating to you and your portfolio..
