When to Stretch Dynamically and Statically to Prevent Knee Pain | Skyline Physical Therapy
Dynamic stretches are a great way to simultaneously warm-up and stretch your muscles and joints prior to exercise. When done properly, they can eliminate knee pain and reduce the risk for injury during exercise. Traditional (static) stretches are most effective when used after exercise. Check out this video for a few examples!
