🧠 Central Serous Chorioretinopathy (CSCR) is a common retinal condition that causes fluid accumulation under the retina.

In this short, we show a classic fundus photo and OCT scan with subretinal fluid.

📌 Key features:
– Dome-shaped macular elevation
– Clear subretinal fluid on OCT
– Typically affects middle-aged men
– Linked to stress and steroids

🩺 Most cases resolve spontaneously, but chronic or recurrent CSCR can cause lasting vision damage.

✅ Treatment may include:
– Observation
– Laser or photodynamic therapy in persistent cases
