How to Turn Off Snapchat Birthday Notification to Friends

Want to stop Snapchat from notifying your friends about your birthday? In this video, we show you how to disable Snapchat's Birthday Party feature so your birthday is no longer highlighted or announced to your friends on the platform.

To get started, open Snapchat and tap your Bitmoji or profile icon in the top-left corner. Next, tap the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner and scroll to the Birthday section under your account settings.

Inside the Birthday settings, you'll find the Birthday Party option. This feature is typically enabled by default and allows Snapchat to celebrate your birthday by displaying birthday-related indicators and reminders to your friends.

Simply turn off the Birthday Party setting and save your changes. Once disabled, Snapchat will stop promoting your birthday to friends, giving you more privacy and control over who knows when your birthday is coming up.
