Ingredients Used in This Video
- 1 Acorn Squash
- 1/2 onion chopped
- Yellow, green, red and orange peppers chopped finely
- Black Olives
- 10 leaves of spinach chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup of mozzerella cheese
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of basil

* Set oven at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes *
