Since summer 2008, Xem VanAdams has used his public platform to speak and write about a series of social issues affecting minority groups, as well as contributing unique opinions to contemporary, pop culture headlines.

After spending the past five years as a family service coordinator and providing professional, direct care services to inner city youth in Baltimore, Xem finally returns to the youtube network that first introduced his likeness to mass audiences over a decade ago.

Inspired by the raw and honest stories being told through F/X’s seminal dramatic series, POSE, Xem candidly shares his thoughts and feelings about the ways in which real life ballroom participants & everyday trans women are treated within the confines of the larger lgbt community.
