The whole story is set up in a coal mine where rats are the workers & dogs are the managers. Rats don’t want to work so they purposely break the bulbs inside the mine & go off to sleep. Dogs come & now Col drills a hole in the ceiling & get the sunrays inside . Rats again have to work, till they turn the sun upside down & get the moon in its place. Mine again become dark. Now col throws don upto the sky,to turn the moon but don passes through it & in the process gets the shinning power. Now from here rats everytime want to get into the dark space , Don comes near them to make the place bright. In the end , we see how rats use Col to cover Don with the tar, ultimately diffusing his light totally.
