Ingredients
• Whole Flaxseed (Ground, Roasted any) - 1 teaspoon
• Water - 1 cup (250 ml)
• Lemon Juice – Optional
• Salt to taste

Preparation
• Powder 1 teaspoon equivalent of flax seed in a mortar coarsely
• Boil 250 ml of water in simmer and switch off heat when tiny bubbles appear
• Add ground flax seed powder and mix well
• Let mixture sit until water turns cloudy and gel-like
• Strain water and add salt and lemon juice to taste
• Healthy Flax seed water is ready!
• Note: Consume this drink twice a day with meals Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated
