The ground floor is essentially assigned as a utility zone with the main floor elevated containing the living areas. It is inspired by Philippine's traditional house, the BAHAY KUBO which is usually built on stilts.

The house has 2 BEDROOMS at the main level along with other living areas such as kitchen, dining area, living area, toilet and bath and a porch.

The ground floor has the Utility areas such as laundry room with toilet and bath, a dirty/utility kitchen, a dining area, and a carport.
