Who’s responsible for our common, sustainable future?
The Agenda 2030 Graduate School at Lund University invites you to a vibrant panel discussion on the practical implications, normative challenges, power-balance concerns as well as ethical issues related to Accountability in relation to the Sustainable Development Goals.
Representatives from the private, public, academic and non-governmental sector will discuss the role of accountability and how efforts from the past can help us map out plausible pathways towards a more sustainable future.
PANELISTS
• Ashley Allen, Chief Sustainability Officer, Oatly
• Gabriel Wikström, the government’s national coordinator for the 2030 Agenda
• Magdalena Bexell, associate professor at the Department of Political Science, Lund University
• Ana Maria Vargas, director of research at the Swedish International Centre for Local Democracy and board member Lund University Agenda 2030 Graduate School
• Lina Van Dooren, PhD student in Music Education, Lund University Agenda 2030 Graduate School and Malmö Academy of Music.
MODERATOR
• Susanne Arvidsson, associate professor at Lund University School of Economics Management and chair of the Swedish Corporate Sustainability Ranking.
PRESENTERS
• Soo-hyun Lee, PhD student in Law, Lund University Agenda 2030 Graduate School and Lund University Faculty of Law
• Juan Ocampo, PhD student in Financial Grassroot Innovation, Lund University Agenda 2030 Graduate School and Lund University School of Economics and Management/Sten K. Johnson Centre for Entrepreneurship.
