Organometallic Reactions Part 2: Oxidative Addition

With ligand substitution down, it's time to check out oxidative addition. This is way to get two new ligands on a metal. Complexes with lower electron counts and open coordination sites will be able to do this. Let's see the mechanism and some examples!
