Sekiro - Attack Attendant of Great Colored Carp (GIANT CARP) in Feeding Grounds

Fountainhead Palace mini boss near the Giant Colored carp - This is the conclusion of the great colored carp quest. After defeating the giant colored carp, get its great white whisker and give it to the attendant in the feeding grounds. He will be looking for his master right now. After you give it to him, you can attack him. His movesets are the same with the chained ogre so you should not have any problems. Just be careful if he throws you off the platform and into the water.

This is my first time to play this kind of game; i haven't played bloodborne or any dark souls game yet so i am very sorry for some cheap tactics and newbie moves.
