Pete grew up in the home building industry, working as a summer laborer during his middle and high school years at Chaminade. After graduating from the University of Missouri, Columbia with a degree in Housing and Environmental Design, he spent 10 years working in the building industry before venturing off on his own in 1999.
Jennifer specializes in a home’s total interior, and exterior, design. She works with Compass’ clients from the onset, helping with space planning and the physical layout of the structure or space, as well as kitchen and bath design, lighting, plumbing, and all of the selections necessary.
While Pete focuses on the daily management and technical aspects of construction, Jennifer guides their clients gracefully through the design and selection phases. Jennifer developed the Compass Homeowner’s Handbook which walks their clients through the construction and selection process.
